Welcome on the online registration portal of the Université Côte d'Azur for the year 2018-2019


*********************** IMPORTANT NEWS***********************
BEFORE you start your online registration, you must pay* the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC),
at CROUS, for a single amount of 91€ - possible from 02/05/ 2019. We recommend to pay the CVEC at the same time as you finalize your registration to a training course and after having received the confirmation of admission from the institution.
Once you have paid, you will receive a number.
You will need it to complete your online registration.
(* "Formation continue" students are not subject to this contribution)

Registration process

The first step (Administrative Registration) is MANDATORY for all students and will determine your profile. At the end of this step and after opening your Sesame account (which gives you access to the ENT of the University), you will have to submit any supporting documents requested in digital format.

In most of the cases, a fully digital registration procedure is proposed. It concerns:

  •     students authorized to register following a pre-registration process (by Parcoursup, eCandidat, ByBlock or Études en France)


  •     students in re-enrolment.

The entire procedure is carried out remotely, including payment of registration fees (by credit card) and the submission of supporting documents. No need to travel, or make an appointment, except to retrieve or update your student card. If you cannot proceed to online registration, you must submit an application via the GLPI link.

Attention : if you are registering for " formation continue ",

  • except Medecine "DU", you need to pass by 'ASURE Formation;
  • "DU/DIU/Capacité de médecine", follow the procedure here below.


The day after your administrative registration an email to your personal address will inform you of the activation of your UCA computer account (the Sesame account). You must IMPERATIVELY activate this account before depositing your required documents (username and password of your Sesame account will be requested when doing this).

Required Documents

After completing your administrative registration and opening your Sesame account, you can submit your supporting documents and follow the process (transmitted, validated, rejected) of the documents that you deposited.
